- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Spoke on the phone multiple times trying to transfer my prescription. It took a week. I had to keep calling. I finally got everything settled and drove an hour to get my prescription. They gave me some other brand (not a generic of what I had a totally different brand) and assumed that would be okay. Definitely not! They didn't even ask or tell me about it. I've tried other brands and they don't work for me. I almost left the store before I noticed. Then they tell me they have to special order it and I have to come in again in a few days. Why didn't they tell me this one of the times I spoke with them before?!? Very disappointed they assumed I would be okay with the switch. Extreme lack of communication!June 12, 2017by Erica S
