  So I called this facility because I was sick as a dog and did not know why I could barely get out of bed and felt I needed to see a doctor. I called this facility because it was in my network so I would be a new patient. The lady at the front desk was as nasty as could be to me. The minute she picked up the phone and started talk to me I felt like I was a burden. She said there was only one appointment available and It was in a half hour I said great I told I was a new patient she said oh that's different I have to transfer you to admissions so she immediately transferred me to a voicemail. The appointments in a half hour how will this even work? Now I'm frustrated and to boot I have a fever so I call her back and she is as nasty as can be I ask her how can I make this appointment if I have to wait for someone to call me back? She said it will take a half hour to get enrolled she then says as nasty as can be do you want it or not I said man I'm sick I just want to see a doctor she says do you want it or not. I said can I please have your name because I feel you are not helpful and being extremely rude. She hung up on me. I'm terribly sick at the moment if you are not happy with your job then don't work their. I called another facility and the lady actually said hello how are you and was extremely nice her attitude actually made me physically feel better. I feel bad for the lady the was so rude to me because she has to live with herself everyday. Dr. Bennet should be very upset because I would have probably been a life long customer as well as my family. Shame on you all you are suppose to make people feel better! At learn to say good morning or hello when you answer a phone that would be a great start.

  I bring my Son here for his vaccines and checkups. The nurse and doctor at the honesdale location are friendly and helpful. There is always a bit of wait but not terrible. My main complaint with them is with their receptionists. They always answer with "front desk" or "hold". As someone who has worked in the healthcare field I can't express how important and how much of an impression this person can make on the facility. They should definitely hire someone with better customer service skills.
